I have been working with Coach Maddie for months now and recommend her to anyone interested in improving their fitness and diet! She is very knowledgeable and concerned about each person’s troubles. Currently, we are working towards my bodybuilding goals of competing next year! Coach Maddie is always there to help me understand anything that I have questions on and has suggestions for resolving my issues. She also is understanding if a certain motion causes pain, we make adjustments. She has a very personable approach and supports each person in their journey of reaching their goals!

Maddie is the the most genuine and caring trainer she cares about you and your goals and will go above and beyond to help you reach them. She focuses not only on your external needs but your internal and well. Her support and knowledge is top tier. I have been working with her for 3 years and she has impacted my life and helped me to become a better version of myself.

Madison is the BEST. I've seen so many personal trainers who just do the bare minimum, but Maddie goes above and beyond for all her clients needs. She is extremely knowledgeable and continues her education to further assist her clients. If you're thinking about getting a personal trainer, RUN don't walk. You will be so happy to work with Madison! If I could give her 10 stars, I would! :)

Working with Maddie has been an absolute blessing in my life! I was in a point in my weight loss journey where I knew I needed some help. I got in contact with her and she worked with me to get a plan that would work for me. She is an awesome person to train with! She is always there to help give you the extra push you need and helpful with nutrition and how much water we should be drinking everyday. If you don’t think you can do it she is there to help assist you and keep pushing you. Since I’ve started training with her I’ve seen many changes in my body and they are all amazing changes even if the scale goes up or down I can still see results. I saw more results working with her in a much shorter time than winging it on my own! Meal plans and workouts are made to fit my needs. If I could give this review a billion stars I would. Coach Mads has changed my life. My name is Courtney and I am a recovering alcoholic and drug addict. I worked with MadStrength Training in 2022 at the end of my using/drinking when all I wanted was a better healthier life. I was overweight, defeated, depressed, and extremely unhappy. Fast forward to today and I can say through the entire journey and especially these last 6 weeks I am a different person. Physically I have changed. I lost fat and gained muscles I didn’t even know I had! My clothes fit better! I feel more confident in a swim suit than I ever have. I don’t have digestion issues anymore. But the thing that stood out to me the most was the progress photos from 2022 to today. The physical differences are amazing but the true thing I notice is I don’t look sad, desperate, and unhealthy anymore. I look proud, dedicated, and healthy. I did this, but it wouldn’t have been possible without Coach Maddy. She is kind, caring, motivating, inspiring, and passionate. She is a coach inside and outside of the gym. I do online plus in person sessions with a meal plan. I will say my relationship with food has never been better. I am so in tune and in sync with my body because I am educated and have a trusted source I can ask questions to. She gives great advice! She sets boundaries and shows respect. She works extremely hard and within the first session you can tell she knows what the heck she’s talking about. I love how approachable she is about mental health related things as well! She is a personal trainer but it feels like she is way more to me. I am so grateful and had to leave her this stellar review because she deserves it, and she’s taught me so do I! I love Maddie! She’s is such an awesome trainer. I went to her for nutrition and wanted to start forming healthy eating habits. My goal was to be more lean. She has helped me have a better knowledge of what foods to eat and how much a day. Ever since I have been working with her I notice a difference every week and have been getting happier and happier with the results. This is the best I have ever seen my body. Go to her if you want to reach your goals! She’ll make it possible!

I may not have worked with her for as long as I would’ve liked (due to personal matters—nothing to do with her), but as I wake up this morning feeling hungry, I am reminded of how much she helped me through our time together to rectify my eating habits. I’m also on vacation as I type this, and I’ve been able to use many of the tools I learned with her to keep myself feeling satisfied and not overdoing it. I’m so happy to have worked with her and can’t wait to do so again in the future! She’s a chameleon willing to help you in your own personalized manner. It’s truly incredible what she’s able to accomplish. I would recommend her to everyone!

Coach Maddie is truly amazing. While working with Maddie, I’ve learned so much about myself, my health and so much more. She does an incredible job being a coach. She is so attentive, respectful and genuine. Maddie is knowledgeable in so many different areas of health, fitness and so on. If there is something she isn’t familiar with, she will most definitely look into it for you and get you an answer. She is like no other coach I’ve ever witnessed. Maddie will listen to you, your needs, your wants and do whatever she can to help you towards your goals. She makes sure that your plans are absolutely comfortable for you and your life. I like how she’s on top of things all the time. She will be one of your biggest cheerleaders. She is so understanding and real which is extremely huge when working with a coach. Another huge aspect is Maddie makes everything so comfortable, especially when discussing personal topics. I could be myself around her while being comfortable and I’ve never felt different with her. Madison came into my life at the perfect time. I was overweight, out of shape, and depressed because of it. We started working together right before COVID. And when the gyms were shut down she found a way to keep me on the right track... Porch HITT workouts were so much fun... 🤣. I continued with her through my 2 foot surgeries. She adapted my workouts when needed, and pushed me when she knew I needed it. I just want to say thank you so very much for all you have done for me. Maddie was my first trainer ever and she really changed my life! Coach Maddie has helped me not only transform my physique but helped me improve my internal health too. In the 3 months I have worked with MadStrength Training, I have made more progress than the past year & a half I spent with a prior coach. When they say everything is customized to YOU, it’s no joke.
